Yarbrough Transfer Company is seeking dedicated Over-the-Road (OTR) Company Drivers to join our elite team in the Southeast region. As an OTR Company Driver, you will play a crucial role in transporting heavy equipment, machinery, and various materials across the Southeastern United States.
Option 1 – Yearly Salary:
- 5-6 Axles: $65,000 Annual ($1,250 per week)
- 7 Axles: $70,200 Annual ($1,350 per week)
- 8 Axles: $75,400 Annual ($1,450 per week)
- Must be available to work Monday through Saturday. Saturday evening layovers will be compensated with $250 weekend pay.
Option 2 – Commission:
- Drivers receive a 28% commission on line-haul for all loads hauled
- Drivers also receive 28% commission on selected accessorial charges, such as tarping, detention, and tipboard charges.

- $1,000 Orientation Pay Per Week ($200 per day) + Hotel Option if needed

- Annual Safety Bonus – $200 per quarter and additional $500 if all 4 quarters received

- YTC Drivers are home more than 95% of weekends annually
Requirements:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with clean driving record.
- Be at least 24 years of age.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of over-the-road truck driving experience.
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with occasional layovers as needed.
- Have no preventable and/or DOT-recordable commercial vehicle accidents within the prior 12 months.
- Have no more than one moving violation within the previous six months and no more than three moving violations in the past 36 months.
- Have no DUIs, positive drug tests, felonies or fraud or character-related criminal convictions within the past 10 years.
- Meet or exceed the criteria of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations regarding medical certification and drug and alcohol testing, including, without limitation, that all drivers must be able to obtain a minimum 1 year DOT medical certificate from YTC’s approved doctor (medical cards from independent doctors will not be accepted).
